Terms of Service

The website allsmile.by and the mobile applications described below are operated by LLC «VitLifeService» (ООО «ВитЛайфСервис»), taxpayer number (UNP) 192848517, registered in the Republic of Belarus, Minsk, Sukharevskaya street 16, room 6. Trade register entry 501922 of 04.02.2021. The «Smile Go» information system is entered in the register under number 478815646297424.

By using the website or any of our applications you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the services.

These Terms cover the website and the applications. Transport services themselves are governed by the separate public offers published at allsmile.by/legal/ and by the applicable law of the Republic of Belarus.

«Smile Go» is a dispatch service: it connects passengers who need a ride with carriers and drivers who perform it. We are not a carrier and we do not drive passengers ourselves. The ride is performed by an independent carrier or driver who holds the permits required by Belarusian law.

Our products are: the Smile Go passenger application, the Smile Go driver application, «Smile Spros» (a paid application showing taxi demand on a map), and «CarScan» (car diagnostics over OBD-II).

Access to the applications is granted by phone number confirmed with a one-time code, or by signing in with Telegram, Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone number and account.

One account is intended for one person. For «Smile Spros» a subscription is tied to a phone number and may be limited to one device at a time.

You may delete your account and the data connected to it at any time: allsmile.by/fleet/delete-account/.

Rides are paid to the carrier in cash or by card, and subscriptions to «Smile Spros» are paid through ERIP, a bank card, Google Play or the App Store, or by bank transfer against an invoice for organisations. Prices are shown before payment.

A subscription gives access for the period paid for. Purchases made in Google Play or the App Store are also subject to the rules of those stores, including their refund rules.

Refunds are made in the cases required by the law of the Republic of Belarus. Write to info@allsmile.by and describe what happened — we answer within the working hours above.

Do not use the services to break the law, to threaten or harass other people, to interfere with the work of the service, to collect data of other users, or to gain access to parts of the system that are not meant for you.

Automated collection of data from the website and applications (scraping), reselling access to a subscription, and sharing one paid account between several people are not allowed. We may suspend access if this happens.

The website, the applications, their design, texts, maps, data and logos belong to us or are used by us with permission. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written consent.

We publish our own promotional materials on our own social media accounts, including images and videos produced from our own service data. We do not publish anything on behalf of our users and we do not access their social media accounts.

The services rely on third parties: map and geocoding providers, payment providers, app stores, push notification services and telephony. Their work is governed by their own terms, and we cannot guarantee their availability.

We develop the services and may change or discontinue features, giving notice where that is reasonable. The services are provided as they are; we do not promise uninterrupted work of the website, applications, mobile networks or third-party services.

We are liable within the limits set by the law of the Republic of Belarus. We are not liable for the actions of carriers, drivers or passengers, or for damage caused by the use of third-party services.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Belarus. Disputes are resolved by negotiation, and failing that, by the courts of the Republic of Belarus.

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published at allsmile.by/terms/ with the date of the last change at the top of the page. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Начиная пользоваться сайтом или приложениями, вы принимаете настоящие Условия. Сами перевозки регулируются офертами в разделе «Документы» (allsmile.by/legal/) и законодательством Республики Беларусь.

«Смайл Go» — диспетчерская служба: мы соединяем пассажира с перевозчиком и водителем, но перевозку выполняем не мы. Перевозчик работает самостоятельно и имеет необходимые разрешения.

Вход в приложения — по номеру телефона с одноразовым кодом либо через Telegram, Google или Apple. Вы отвечаете за доступ к своему номеру и учётной записи. Подписка «Смайл Спрос» привязана к номеру и может действовать на одном устройстве. Удалить учётную запись можно на странице allsmile.by/fleet/delete-account/.

Поездка оплачивается перевозчику наличными или картой; подписка — через ЕРИП, карту, Google Play, App Store или по счёту для организаций. Цена показывается до оплаты. Возврат — в случаях, предусмотренных законодательством; напишите на info@allsmile.by.

Нельзя нарушать закон, мешать работе сервиса, собирать данные других пользователей, автоматически выкачивать данные сайта и приложений, перепродавать доступ к подписке и делить один платный доступ между несколькими людьми. При нарушении доступ может быть ограничен.

Сайт, приложения, их оформление, тексты, карты, данные и знаки принадлежат нам или используются с разрешения правообладателей. Мы публикуем собственные рекламные материалы в собственных аккаунтах социальных сетей и ничего не публикуем от имени пользователей.

Сервис развивается, отдельные возможности могут меняться. Мы отвечаем в пределах, установленных законодательством Республики Беларусь, и не отвечаем за действия перевозчиков, водителей и пассажиров и за работу сторонних служб. Споры решаются переговорами, а при недостижении согласия — судами Республики Беларусь.
