This policy applies to the website allsmile.by and to our applications: the Smile Go passenger and driver applications, «Smile Spros» and «CarScan».

Data you give us: phone number, name, and what you write to support or in the in-app chat. Drivers and carriers additionally provide the data needed to work legally — documents, vehicle details and photos.

Data collected automatically while you use the service: ride details (addresses, time, price, status), device location while you order or perform a ride, device and application settings, IP address, cookies, transaction records and usage statistics.

Calls and messages made through the application: their date, time and content, when this feature is used. It lets passengers and drivers contact each other without revealing their phone numbers.

We do not ask for and do not need your social media passwords. We do not collect special categories of data (such as health or biometric data) beyond what the law requires from carriers.

To provide the service: accept and dispatch ride orders, show demand on the map, calculate prices, process payments and subscriptions, and issue receipts and invoices.

To support and protect users: answer questions, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep the service secure.

To improve the service and measure how it is used, and to fulfil our duties under the law of the Republic of Belarus, including tax and transport rules.

We process personal data with your consent, which you give when you start using the service, and in the other cases allowed by the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-Z «On personal data protection» — for example, when processing is needed to perform a contract with you or to comply with a legal duty.

You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@allsmile.by or by deleting your account. Withdrawing consent stops further processing, except where the law requires us to keep certain records.

With carriers and drivers — only what is needed to perform the ride you ordered: name, pick-up and destination, and a masked phone number.

With payment providers and banks (ERIP, Alfa-Bank), with Google Play and the App Store for purchases made there, with providers of maps, push notifications, SMS and hosting — each within their own role.

With state bodies — when the law of the Republic of Belarus requires it.

We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for their own advertising.

We keep personal data while your account exists and afterwards for as long as required by law (for example, accounting and transport records) or needed to resolve a dispute. After that the data is deleted or depersonalised.

You may ask which of your data we process, request correction of inaccurate data, withdraw consent, object to processing, and ask for deletion. Write to info@allsmile.by — we answer within the period set by law.

You can delete your account and the data connected to it yourself: allsmile.by/fleet/delete-account/.

If you believe your rights are violated, you may complain to the National Centre for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Belarus.

We protect data with organisational and technical measures: access to data is limited to employees who need it, connections to our services use HTTPS, and payment card data is handled by the bank, not by us.
